You confirm that all funds deposited into your jili01 account are from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity. jili01 is required by law to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities.
jili01 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and special event promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, and expiry periods, which will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered.
Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. jili01 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of modification will be subject to the terms in effect at the time of opt-in, unless the modification is required by law or regulation.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jili01 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate authorities:

All games on the jili01 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live physical equipment under camera supervision. jili01 does not guarantee any particular outcome in any game. Gambling involves risk, and you may lose some or all funds deposited into your account. jili01 is not liable for any financial losses incurred through gameplay.

Any disputes relating to third-party payment processing should be directed to the relevant payment provider.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jili01's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jili01 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
In no event shall jili01 be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.
jili01 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all players on the Platform. jili01 recognizes that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and has implemented a range of tools and resources to help players maintain control over their gambling activity.
jili01 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. If jili01 has reason to believe that a player is under 21 years of age, the account will be suspended immediately pending age verification. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited.
jili01 reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if jili01 reasonably suspects or determines that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by any applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.
jili01 may permanently close your account if: (a) you have materially breached these Terms; (b) you have provided false information during registration or KYC; (c) you are found to be ineligible to use the Platform; or (d) jili01 is required to do so by law or regulatory directive. Upon termination for cause, jili01 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and withhold withdrawable funds pending investigation.
You may request the closure of your jili01 account at any time by contacting jili01 customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
For disputes relating to game outcomes or Platform operations, jili01's records shall be considered prima facie evidence of the facts in question, unless you can demonstrate a clear technical error.
jili01 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jili01 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulation.
Your continued use of the jili01 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10.3.
